Name of company/service: MTS Telecome Services

Hello,

I have port my idea connection to MTS services, i have submit the document two times in MTS franchise, my number have port Ida to MTS, but every week i got an msg that your outgoing services is stopped for not submit the document. Now When i talk to customer care he told me that your number is permanent Disconnected, but in his server those document i have give him means my driving licence is added on that number. My MTS number is 9891018702.
