MTS Not providing Port No.

Location/place: Begusarai

Name of company/service: Sisteasistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (MTS)

I am planning to port my mobile no (9431634441) to other network. Every time I am sending message port 9431634441 to 1900, it is saying either message can’t be send or in case it is sent than message cannot be delivered. Talking to customer care they are saying you wait for next 24 hrs then tell us.
Same thing happened to us previously also. My brother staying in delhi tried to port from mts to other network , same problem was there. Afterall he had to quarrel with mts person then they send the port no.
This company is making fraud to customers.
By this way customer able to reach authorised person are ok & illetrate / Unable person has to compromise.

Its my feeling that they had blocked 1900 no so no one can port their no to other network.
I have seen others also complaining same on different site.

    I am planing port my no.9136121216 so I sms my mobile PORT
    SEND 1900 06/09/2012 but I am not reseved any revert so I
    compline ragesterd 16/09/2012 comp.no .C12-48551809 so date 22/09/2012 I am not receved any responce
