The jaynagar mts office is the main culprit. I went to mathikere mts office there I saw that my mblaze was already sold (as well as activated)on 19th June to Gangadhar’s name and the same Mts-mblaze was sold to me on 21st June. I have the bill and warranty card as proof. And when I asked the MTS-office jayanagar (as LBR Enterprise submitted my documents in Jayanagar branch) he replied me that he rang me twice but I did not receive the phone and that is why he activated on some other person’s name.

I request you to take serious action on such people those who are cheating your customers and spoiling your company’s name. As I really respect this company and its service.
