MTS DEDUCTED MY 75 RUPEES AUTOMATICALY WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION FOR SHAYRI PACK,CALLERTUNE & SMS PACK RESPECTIVELY.WHEN I SAW MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED I COMPLAINT TO MTS CUSTOMER CARE WITHIN 13 HOURS. REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT YOUR BALANCE WILL NO BE REFUNDED THEN I ASK HER TO PLAY MY CALLERTUNE,SHE TOLD ME THAT IN THREE WORKING DAYS CALLERTUNE WILL BE PLAYED.AFTER 3 DAYS WHEN I WAS UNABLE TO GOT MY SERVICES.I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TOLD ME TO NOT REFUND MONEY & ALSO TOLD ME THAT YOUR SERVICES WILL ACTIVATED IN NEXT DAYS. BUT AGAIN I WAS UNABLE TO GOT MY SERVICES.THEN I TALK TO NODLE OFFICER FOR MY ISSUE.MR.NODDLE OFFICER COULD NOT ASSIST ME FOR SAME.THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR SERVICES HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED.

THIS IS HUMBLY REQUEST TO GIVE ME RIGHT JUSTICE.I TRUST AT MY COUNTRY JUSTICE SERVICES.SO PLEASE TAKE THE NEEDFUL ACTION FOR SAME.
