With great expectations I am forwarding the mail to you and the synopsis of the same is as under

1) Mon 28-05-2012 I had opted for an online insurance for my car and One of the Sales Executive Ms Subhangi convinced me to pay via IVR
2) Payment was done via IVR on the same day but Bajaj Allianz refused to accept citing errors
3) Tuesday 29-05-2012 Once mails are sent I receive a mail from Mr Prashant Shetty stating that the transaction has failed and need to redo the
Payment if I wish to avail the policy ( Mail Below)
4) Wed 13-06-2012 I receive a call from Ms Subhangi stating that the amount has been credited and asking me do I still wish to avail the policy for which i
Refused and requested her to process my refund which she acknowledged
5) Post that I send mails and I receive a call from Ms Rekha from 02066865900 asking me the nature of my issue .
6) Friday 22-06-2012 Ms Rekha again calls me from the same number and assures me that the money has been refunded back to my
Credit card account
7) Tuesday 10-07-2012 Again Citibank confirm today that the transcation has taken place and no refund whatsoever has been credited to my card so far
8) Citibanks Transaction Approval number is 885474

Going thru all the above process yet the refund is nowhere in sight
