Location/place: Navi Mumbai
Name of company/service: 100bestbuy
I have participated for samsung galaxy & paid Rs 599/- to 100bestbuy. It was clearly written that money will be reimbursed if not won. But till date I have neither recieved any information nor my payment back.
I have tried customer care without success. Also written many emails to 100bestbuy but they did’not replied.
Please help me to get my money back
