MONEY NOT REFUNDED UNDER SAHARA Q SHOP ,PLAN-H

We have invested under my spouse name(Dola Saha) Rs.20000/- in Sahara Q-Shop,Plan-H on dated 19/10/2018.
My certificate No.562017044146 and
Customer Id. is 815832033788
At the time of investment the concern Agent said us after six years at the time of maturity we will get Rs. 47087.00 as total payment.
As per plan I did not withdraw any money.We kept the money in the said scheme since last six years.
After maturity on dated 19/10/2018 I went to the office to submit the documents and for receiving the payment. But unfortunately the represantative of the Sahara office told me that we will not get the money , rather he is insisting me for applying for reinvestment , to apply for purchase of Share certificate of “SAHARAYN UNIVERSAL MULTIPURPOSE SOCITY LIMITED”and sign in a blank withdrawal slip under “Sahara Q Shop unique producus range limited”.
I am not interested to invest further on share. We need to get the money as early as possible.But all our efforts are in vain,
We do not know how we will get our money back.
