I have invested 70,000 in sahara q shop ,plan H. As per the plan we can withdraw the money after 3 years with interest 28% …maximum is 6 years we can keep. But I want my money back since 3 years has expired.When I went to the Manager he told that somebody has done forged/fake signature of mine and will get the money back after 6 years…even i have not raised any application nor signed in any of the reinvestment documents .Kindly, reply how to proceed in this matter??????.Will provide the Manager details shortly.

I have invested Rs. 30000/- in Sahara Q Shop plan and after completing 6 years when I asked my agent of sahara to withdrew my money than he is saying that I can’t withdrew my money now. I have to wait for 3 years more to get the money and he is totally denying to help me to get my maturity amount and saying me that “I will not help you to withdrew your maturity amount and if you will try yourself than will you not get a single penny of investment”. Bataya gya tha 6 year baad 2 se 2-1/2 goona milega maturity k time . Aaj 2018 me maturity hone par mera principle amount 31000/- ka 70000 k aas paas milna h par .Sahara office se payment nhi kar rhe aur reinvestment 3 year k liye karne ko bol rhe .
Meri 2 aur bi a/c hai jinka 10300/- *2=20600/-principle Amount tha uska bi maturity abi hona h par wo mana kar rhe h.
Aur kya guarantee h 3 saal baad bi payment ho payegi? Jab time pe paisa kaam na aye to kya fayda?

I have invested Rs. 50,000/- in sahara india real estate corporation ltd. Branch Rewari In April 2010. After 30 months sahara agent mr. Tek Chand converted my sirecl bonds of Rs.50000/- into sahara q shop unique products Plan -H and give me 5 bonds of Rs. 66,650/- of 13350 each. Now maturity time 6 years has been completed. For maturity I met with sahara Rewari branch manager, he told me that at present sahara could not paid your payment. Please invest your amount again for 3 years @15% interest. But now i am unable to invest again. So please give me advice for refund my maturity amount. My calculation says that the amount to be refunded Rs. 1,60,000/-.

I request people instead of going bank and talking with manager or agent call on sebi toll free no or download MCA form post your complain weekly spread this news through Facebook or news or tweet so that so that everyone will be aware of this issue.
If possible complain in DM office against this issue so that message can be spread across the city or bank.

Take strict action against agent because he has taken your money from you, catch him first then Bank manger, keep forcing always so that other can’t submit any amount in Sahara Bank.
Post all messages so that it can reach to government, don’t hesitate it’s your money and you have full right to take it back. -

After the maturity of policy on dt. 20.10.2018 , many letters have been sent to Branch Manager (Anpara ) as well as Sahara India, Commercial Corporation Ltd. Sahara India Bhawan -1, Kapoorthala Complex Lucknow . Even after many reminders, my invested matured amount is not being refunded .
