We have ordered a automatic money conter machine by seeing the add in the newspaper (The Economic Times). The product was deliverd to us but the machine that we wanted was not there so we have returned the product by their specified courier service on 08/07/2011 and from that date till now we have not yet received our refund after having many conversations and details provided to them in phone and scanned copy of the courier receipt send to their mailing adress as asked by them. We want you take necessary action and help us to get my refund as soon as possible.
