I had booked two bus tickets on 14th of June 2012 for my journey from Delhi to Dehradun on The bus departure was on 15th June,2012. When we went to board the bus we came across the poor condition of the bus. The bus was not as promised by make my trip. It was of lower type.The bus driver was totally drunk and was smoking continuously. When asked to stop he misbehaved with my husband and other passengers of the bus., The conductor himself confessed that the bus type was changed due to huge rush. We decided to not to board the bus and asked the bus operator to refund the money, He told us to contact makemytrip as it was an online booking. We contacted makemytrip at the same time and asked for refund and the person said he is escalating our request and we would revert within 24 hrs. We received no reply. I called make my trip 3 times after that but received no reply. It is mentioned in the first clause of the terms and conditions that if a lower bus type is provided the money will be refunded but we have not received any refund and not even a single reply from their side. I have also sent them a mail regarding the same 10 days back but still no reply. What should I do now?
