i had booked an eticket for surat to howrah on 16/02/12 pnr no being 8100054113 out in howrah express in 2ac for the travel date being 25/02/12.On 24/02/12 after the chart was prepared the status was rac..so i didnt want to travel therefore i had to file a tdr on24/02/12 reference no ekt2012022404344630,but till now i have not received any refund as such ..it is a shame even after 4 months the status of tdr is showing under process…
