I was booked a ticket online from Delhi to Manali on 1st june thru website of VolvoBus.co.in.(journey Date-15th June)
At the time of boooking money was deducted from my SBI credit card but ticket was not booked. When i was contect with Volvo customer service(contact no-9911197016/9968766129) they told me that your trasaction was failed and your money will be refunded within 15-20 days.
Then i was booked my ticket for Manali trip from other site(redbus.in)
At the day of my journey to manali(15th June) i got a call & sms from volvoBus.co.in that your ticket has been booked in bus no-3956 same time. I was stuneed that time bcs that is clear way of fraud with customer. They are clear refusing to refund my money. In that way i had lost my money of Rs. 2850.
Please help to get refund of my money.
