Hi I am Ashish Jain and I had a complaint against Car Rental Company located in Bangalore.I am running travel agency in Ghaziabad. We are operating Domestic Tour all over India. We had booked Bangalore Trip for our guest for April month and taken taxi service from Skanda Travels. In which they had sent us proposal in written mail if you book and pay full amount at earliest they will give us 20% Cash back. We booked the same with them and get written guarantee that you will get the cash back amount by 10th May 2013. But now its almost 1 month has been already over, we didn’t get any amount back. Everytime & Every day they told us to wait 1 day , 1 more day but doing this 1 Day , 1 Day …its almost done 1 Month. Request AKOSHA to help me out with this situation. I have all written mail correspondence, Chatting data as well Or Call Recording if required you guys to sort out this matter.
