Hello,
this is the complain regarding money debited from from my student account in pnb. I registered a complain to Pnb but after 11 days they just said that your transaction got successful whether this problem comes due to their server error or their atm error.I enter atm card at Kasmere gate ISBT , NEW DELHI.i enter my atm password after that atm display got invisible . so i didn’t enter the amount how much I have to withdarw so i wait for response from atm but atm dispaly still invisible and just after 2 mins i received msg frpm pnb side that my a/c has been debited with 1500/-. so very soon after 5 mins i registered a complain on customer care service.they told i will get my money back within 7 working days and now after 11 days they just simply told me your transaction got successful so your claim rejected.This is not a claim. this is my money which they had taken away from me. May I Know bank have rights to withdraw money from anyone a/c.
so i want to register against Punjab national Bank for revert back my money.
