My Services are disconnected since 5th July 2012
1) Today is 2nd august and no one come to collect the modem yet (Even though i did number of follow ups with them).
2) Although Service got disconnected but when the bill generated of 23rd July with full monthly rent of 335.96 Rs!!

a) i got mail and message that the wrong monthly charges cannot be reverted back ..
I am really not able understand why reliance have charged wrongly although services got disconnected on 5th July!!! ….and why should i pay wrong charges.
—I am really feeling being cheated.
b) Today is 6th August and still modem is collected!!
