With due respect and humble obligations, we, want to draw your attention to the fact that we have purchase a room air-conditioner, model no:- CU-UC12NKYP , ODU sl no:- 6860109432, from Sound of Music, 44, rafi ahmed kidwai road, kolkata-700001, (WB), bill no:- som/01838/12-13, dated:- 14/05/2012, and was installed on 15/06/2012.
After installation, when we had switched on the AC it did turned on for a minute and it auto-offed after a minute.we did complained about the issue to the dealer, they adviced us to contact customer care,
Since then from 15/06/2012 till date we have given 8 numbers of calls to 1800 103 1333 and kolkata, (WB) number 033-64532146, respectively, but in vain, as our calls are recorded for quality purposes, you can have the details from there.
Sir, to your surprise, our problem is still unsolved.
We, at our end unwillingly have to move to consumer forum
