we have purchsed samsung handeset S3530 wave2 in univercell No. 281 T.T.K.Road Alwarpet Chennai 600018
invoice No. P.TRS/58573 Dated 31/07/2011 with one year warranty. the same cell deffacted in the mont of may first week. immediatly we met samsung service center davangere concern preson held not responce our reqest. they told that the warraanty not aplicable for this cell. please accept our request and doing needfull action. this is for your kind information.

they are intimeted us to pay 50% of estimeted cost. already we have suffered a loat please conway them for free service.
