I had bought ‘HTC Desire S’ on 01st July 2012 whose display got damaged and was depositied at the Redington, Okhla, New Delhi service centre on the 04th of July.
They told me that they will give me an estimate in a week, and after my approval they will fix it.
I have been callng them from past 1 month and they have not given me the estimate for the repair and thet have no updates on it.
They are saying that they forgot to send my phone for repair for 20days and now its been diagnosed for past 10days.
There Escalation team contacted me and tld me that i will get estimate on The 20th July 2012, then on 24th July;12 , and then on 01st August.
I have no clue about the estimate yet, or when will I receive my phone. The service centre people laugh at me when I call them or misguide me and give wrong information.
I want my phoen back. They told me I will get in back within 15days. Its been more than 30days.
