I bout a new Sony Xperia P mobile in themonth of july, soon i found some problem in it and i have submitted the same for repair with Jhansi electric supply co. ltd. which is authorized sony repair center in swaroop nagar, kanpur, dated 19 July, 2012. Till date i have called up the customer support no. around 10 times but the status of my mobile has been mentioned as “under repair”. i have even tried to contact the technical department of Sony Mobile the no. of which is 011-39011111 related to which they have confirmed me of giving a call back with exact status of the handset which is not done yet. Now i would request either they give me a new handset or refund complete purchase amount of the same.
