Mobile Recharge Issue from MOBIKWIK PORTAL SITE

Location/place: Harkesh Nagar Okhla Ph 2, New Delhi-110020

Name of company/service: MOBIKWIK SITE

I have recharge rs. 180/- from Mobikwik site for 08/12/2012 3:50 PM IST but I didn’t get amount balance my Airtel Mobile no. 9811224238. Please look it my issue for Mobikwik site and I have also raised the ticket #119509, #119510, mail for [email protected], Call for +91 999-992-5342 but nobody will get any response and resolution for this issue even Airtel company will not provide any update for this issue. My transaction is Ref. No.CCA12LGJA889IGE5858426 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE, Debit 180.00. So please humble request you will take any legal action for this site because this types of issue many peoples are facing for Mobikwik site.

    I have a problem..my accout debited with 197&257rs and no wallet balance &recharge is done. .so plz solve my problem and return my money.

    I have made a transaction of recharge to 8978285363 which was not successful and the transaction id is 14005892748745 and i also have the ticket no 722385 please look into this issue and help me get rid of this..
