I have two post paid connections, under M&D Plan, without any internet connection.I have operated both the connections for over one year with timely payments.
However, I have been charged for Rs 5200 in the month of Jun 2012. On inquiry, the company has stated that they have converted my plan to internet services plan. How can the plan be unilaterally started for mobile internet usage? If I wanted to avail of mobile internet service, I must apply for it and register for a suitable plan for myself.
