Dear Sir / Madam,
I, Yogesh Gosai have a FLY Mobile – B470 since last 6 months & due to some fault in it I had given it at authorized Service Centre for FLY MOBILE i.e., V N INFO SERVICE centre at Vadodara on 28th MAY 2012. It’s Work Order No. is WIN125VIS12516. At that time service centre officials told me that it will take around 10 to 15 days.
After about 18 days I inquired about the status thrice & every time they told for 10 to 15 days. Now it’s about 1&1/2 month above & still they repeat the same thing that it will take 10-15 days.
The Service centre employees gave contact number of some Mr. Chirag who sits at Ahmedabad but his cell no shows out of reach half the time & the remaining half it shows switch off. Same mail has been done at FLY Mobile’s customer service website but received no response from there also. I want to know when will I receive my handset back at the earliest.
