I lost my mobile on Feb 13th, I got my NTC copy on March 28th 2012 and submitted my documents for claiming Insurance money on march 29th 2012, they told me that i willget my money in 45 days. Now 65 days have passed still i din’t my money, i am unable to purchase a phone now, kindly help me.
