Dear Sir,
I like to inform you that I have one reliance connection (9864163094) since 2004. One year before I am converting it to Pre-paid from Post-paid connection. But on dated 07.07.2012 my reliance no. was automatically deactivated. Now it’s shown a “Number doesn’t exist”.
I visited to the Guwahati based Reliance branch office along with all related documents. But the respective customer care executive informed me that my number was terminated and further she said that it’s not possible to retrieve my number.
Most shockingly she was unable to explain me any reason why my number was terminated.
I have just to say that facing lots of problems for my number being not working. it is hampering my day to day business activities .
Kindly suggest what best can be done to get the connectivity again. Also kindly explain why my number was terminated.
