created my account . This website helps us
to get our mobile recharge , DTH connection
recharge, Electricity bills, and many more
thing. For all these services we have to
transfer money in to their account . I was
using it since 1 year ago. 3 weeks ago
dated 23 march 2012, I
transferred appx. 19,000/- in to there
account. My mobikwik wallet current
balance are 6238 Rs. They blocked my
a single email and call to me. Whenever I call
service center (999-992-5342) i always find
it on voice mail. No one picks up this call.
Now i have two option either i should go
their office and get involved in
unprofessional behavior to get my money
back or take help from consumer court.
I am choosing consumer court help first.
Please help me in the same concern .
