MNP request Rejecting fake reason

Location/place: Calicut Kerala

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Dear sir,
last 16th of june i requested MNP Tata Docomo (07736538655) before sending MNP request i paid billed & unbilled amount up to date and my 500INR Dipposit also with Docomo. they are rejecting MNP request fake reason.
