Name of company/service: tata docomo / tata indicom
My no. is 9228591609 from tata indicom i switched over to tata docomo. My MNP request had registered successfully on 21st may,2011.I found My old no. is cutdown from tata indicom on 27 may 2011 in the morning. I started receiving message on docomo network at 7:35 a.m. in the morning but i don`t able to make or receive calls. When i call to customer care it responds that i have to check with retailer that i did. Then again it answered that MNP is in processing and will done shortly. AT evening it doesn`t work properly and i am receiving only messages. I got reply that you have to call to indicom why it had cutdown early. My question is that in this situation who is responsible? If tata docomo is responsible then i asked for the compensation for telling them for their fault,as they are saying your normal activation has been done. I don`t understand normal activation and other type of activation. So if they are at fault then they can not advertise that they are paying for notifying their fault.Also what should be next procedure for me to activate my number?
