MNP from Vodafone prepaid to Aircel postpaid (9811899151) – sim is not working

Location/place: Ghaziabad,U.P.

Name of company/service: Aircel

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had requested for MNP from vodafone prepaid to Aircel postpaid and given my all the documents and porting code to Aircel on 28/07/2012(I have receipt of it).

After talking to Mr Vishawjeet (9716099049) – Territory manager in Aircel,I came to know that my case is logged in on 07/08/2012 due to their team mistake.

After that he had stopped attending my call.

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 11/08/2012 evening,I received a SMS from Aircel that my mnp request is approved.Date and Time of Activation is 8/11/2012 23:00:00 but after that my vodafone SIM has stopped working and I had used Aircel sim,it is showing “Sim Card Registration Failed”.

I have interview call from France today and my phone is not working.Who is answerable for this?

I am facing a lot of inconvenience due to this.

Kindly help me.

    At 11:15 talked Mr Vishawjeet (9716099049) – Territory manager in Aircel,he promised me that my connection will be activated in 1 hour but he had no answer for “why my connection is not yet activated?”

    Let’s see..today is 16th day

    Number is not yet activated..

    Called Mr Vishawjeet again at 12:15 and he said “abhi tak chaloon nahin hua hain..acha” n disconnected the call.

    Who would be responsible for this inconvenience?

    Is it my job to arrange the number of Mr Vishawjeet,who is territory manager and called him personally again n again to get my number activated?
