sir,
i ,JITENDRA JAIN have submitted mnp i.e.mobile number portability request for my vodafone prepaid no: 8080492229 to reliance cdma prepaid connection on 04 june 2012.
but there is no progress on my request of mnp. i have submitted all the required documents to your reliance store located at girgaum chowpatty,mumbai.
and have visited there for 4-5 times.,but no progress.And today 18 june 2012, i called your customer care regarding mnp, they repplyed me that your documents are yet not been submitted.and my mnp code is just getting expired on 20 june 2012, so still wait n watch what happens to mnp.
when i visited reliance store today and asked why its too delay for my porting they are excusing various reasons..such as the person who took your form(porting form)is his responsibility to port your number and they are not responsible for such delays..
I have also talk to store manager but he is also not responding to my complain and giving lie reasons.
On my every visit the reliance contact person gets change saying that he is transfered to another branch or store.
the people at store are of no responsibility and are just sitting there and having fun with customers/consumers mental conditons.
so i request the consumer forum to take a legal action against such behaviour from reliance people.and i also request TRAI to look into this matter.
