MISTAKE IN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA SETTING FOR DIRECT YEAR ADMISSION TO ENGINEERING THROUGH CAP ALLOTMENT PROCESS

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that , Few of the Eligibility Criteria not considered for direct 2nd year admission in Engineering as per Central Allotment Process(CAP). Due to which Career of Candidate will get vanished & can not further proceed further studies.

None of below Criteria are full filling this Eligibility even though i’ve completed my complete study from Maharashtra.
10th in Maharashtra as well as Diploma from MSBTE.
My Father is currently Ex-Serviceman & Not working in any govt Sector but residence in Maharashtra.
I’m fulfilling all criteria only I don’t have Domicile of Maharashtra state or my parents are not in govt sector to get eligibility in any of below criteria.
Which is completely un-fair !!

Following are the Eligibility mentioned as per Admission process:
A Candidate is considered Eligible for Admission to Direct Second Year of Degree Courses in Engineering / Technology through CAP subject to Fulfillment of any one of the Eligibility Criteria as listed in the following table.

Candidate Passing SSC (Std.X)/HSC (Std.XII) Examination or any other Equivalent Examination from a Recognized School / College in Maharashtra State
AND
Diploma Examination as specified in rule 2.1 from a Recognized Institution in Maharashtra State.
AND
Candidate is Domiciled/Born in the State of Maharashtra.

2.
Candidate/Father or Mother is Maharashtra Domiciled. Type “B”
Does not satisfy Type-A Candidate
AND

Candidate / Father or Mother of the candidate is Domiciled in the State of Maharashtra.

3.
Sons and daughters of Central Govt. / Govt. of India Undertaking employee Type “C”
Does not satisfy Type-A and Type-B Candidate
AND

Father/Mother of the candidate is an employee of the Government of India or Government of India Undertaking who is posted and reported to duty in Maharashtra State before the last date for submitting the Application Form for Centralized Admission.
4.
Sons and Daughters of Maharashtra State/ Maharashtra State Undertaking Employees. Type “D”
Does not satisfy Type-A,Type-B and Type-C Candidate
AND

Father/ Mother of the candidate is an employee of the Government of Maharashtra/ Government of Maharashtra Undertaking. Such candidates are required to submit the proof of his/her father/ mother being the employee of Government of Maharashtra/ Government of Maharashtra Undertaking.
