sir,
i have a samsung mbl phone which i purchased on 29 june 2011….it was working in a gud manner bt in may 2012 it suffered from many prblms…..so when i went to service centre regarding dis matter….they said that my mbl will nt b acceptable nder warranty because serial nmber inside the mbl is missing……so i hav to pay money for service. But i hv still20 days left for the service…..and sir it is not the customer fault if serial nuumber is missing. Smsung company is respossible for this…so want to file a complain against the samsung….that they hav provided me a defected mbl set….so in any case i want my mobile perfect…..sir plz help me as soon as possible coz i have very less tym left regarding warranty date…..it is expiring on 29 june 2012.
