Missing Items

Name of company/service: IBM

I have ordered five items from the IBM logo store 3 T-Shirts, 1 -Jacket and 1 -Sports Sipper with Invoice number as below Invoice – KAD111217594.

Product – Men’s Barcode T-shirt, size M & Jacket Men’s Navy and Black, size M.

But instead i have received only 2 T-Shirts and the Sipper, and the Invoice Copy was also missing on the box, and it weighted approx (500 gms)latter when asked the same with the Logo store they told to recheck and confirm with the Blue Dart courier about the condition of the box when delivered and materials received and they have delivered all the items and it was weighing 2 Kgs.

I went back to the blue dart and asked the same but they told that they have delivered the box in good condition and with all the items.

Did not get kind of needful from the IBM Logo store as well as the Blue Dart even though of repeated mail and calling.
