I am a resident of Mangalore and i had dispatched a courier via M/s Professional Couriers,Mangalore Branch to Haryana.The product was dispatched from Mangalore on 5th of May 2012 and according to the courier agency’s tracking System it had reached its destination Faridabad, Haryana on 11th of May 2012.
After that the product was supposedly delivered to a sub agent from where it went MISSING. On enquiring in the Delhi ,Haryana and Faridabad offices none of the personnel there responded to the missing compliants at all. And just a dat back they inform telling that this particular product cant be traced at all anywhere.
I am trying to trace the product from past one month, i have filed a compliant in their Customer care but no response from their side, i had written several mails to its head office in Delhi as well as Corporate office in Mumbai and till date havent got a single reply from thier side. Even the officers in Faridabad office cannot handle the situation as they cannot handle a single consignment properly.
My assumption is that the product has been stolen and the company is trying to evade any calls or mails sent by me.
I hope i get the required help as soon as possible as i am totally helpless in this situation.
