Respected sir/ madam,
I am Gourab Biswas regular customer of tata docomo(postpaid). my tata docomo no is 8961246887 & alternative no is 7890414196.email id is- [email protected].
Due to lack of proper communication with Tata Docomo customer care I am misselled the product by a sales executive of tata docomo company. And the person is also duplicate my signature on the tariff sheet. He committed that, on 199 plan I will get ……
1. tata to tata unlimited free
2. tata to others 400 mins free
3. local & national sms unlimited free
But these words of the officer are fake. I have not yet anytime what he promised to me. The company provided the bill, but I will not pay that amount , because of the fake communication.
I also lunched a complain in the Tata Docomo customer care eariler but they didn’t give me any positive response.
so I am reapplying to the customer care & consumer forum to take a positive step towords this matter.
