Missaling done by the dealer

I had purchased a pumpset on July 27,2012 with a warranty but just after the usage of 1-2 days the pump stop working,so I complained to the dealer from where I purchased it..but they are not ready to replace it & argue with me saying that go & directly complaint to the company & not ready to replace it.The below is name & address of the dealer from where I purchased :
