My name is Shibu Tirkey taken internet connections with ADULH512K plan with the user ID : 1105950455. I asked the executive for a plan which will be unlimited with a constant speed through out the period which i opted for. On that time the that executive told me the the speed will be 512 kbs for the entire 6 months and never ever informed me about the GB constraints. Now after 3 months the customer care executive says that there is GB constraint in my plan and after 54 GB the plan will change to secondary profile where my speed will not be 512 kbs. If this information will be revealed before i would have not taken internet connections from Tikona. It was a false promise made from Tikona executive and i want either my speed will again change to 512 kbs or refund my rest three months payments with the closure of relationship with TIKONA.
