Name of company/service: Online indiatimes shopping
I, Vivek Jaiswal have purchased an item from “shopping.indiatimes.com” (online shopping portal) with order no. 3001246326 on July 07,2012. I found that they are miss-guiding to me. I received a message(email and text message) from their side “Your product has been shipped on july14, 2012 and the bluedart AWB number is 43903670764”, and then after I checked my order status on portal with same message. After two days I contacted to bluedart customer care regarding the shipment status, but they denied that they don’t have record for such AWB. Again I contacted to Indiatimes customer care(July 16, 2012), stating the problem, then they are giving lot of excuses, and saying that they have shipped the order and are unable to provide the shipping detail. And what I found that they had also edited the order status with “TO BE SHIPPED” on their online portal.
