I have recharged my digital tv account with SOUTH ECONOMy SPORTS PACKAGE for 6 Months
When i recharged it it was showing ZEE TV & associated ZEE tv Network programs in the package of SOUTH ECONMOY SPORTS.
But After recharge All the ZEE TV Network programs are blocked & it is showing ERROR CODE 4 which states you require subscription
I talked to Customer care regarding this they told that it is the old package
I think Airtel is misleading the customers & offering fasle services.
In your Airtel digital website for the above mentioned package it is showing ZEETV as included.
Now your customer care is saying u need to top up for ZEE TV which is not genuine & ethical as wrong information is displayed by airtel Digital tv.
Kindly do needful action & start my ZEETV in the same package without additional cost
