Misleading and Not attending the complaint

Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased a split ac from LG. from the very begining i am facing problems from the AC, every year i have to call customer care for some problems in AC. this year on 26.7.2012 i registered a complaint RNA120726053401 and RNA120726079264. On 27th july an executive come from LG and told me that the gas is leaked and our engineer will come and refill the gas after that the AC will work properly. On 29.7.2012 after three days and my several calls to customer care the engineer came and without refilling the gas he said that he filled the gas and now AC is ok. I requested him to recheck if there is any other problem in AC and he said now it is ok and it will work properly. I request him to reduce the charges because the gas was already full and he tied some screws of AC, but he refused to do so and charged Rs. 2093/- as gas charges. Now from the last three or four days AC is again not working properly and i called to customer care on 4.8.2012 and the executive told that he is forwarding the reminder of my compalint dt.26.7.2012. But still there is no response from LG
