I had gone to make some purchases from Bigbazaar Kolkata on 23 Feb 17. We saw an clothes dryer item which says exchange old for new for Rs 750/- or otherwise by for Rs 999/- in place of original price of 2450/-. When we went to billing counter, they charged us the original price. On query, they said that the computer is showing this amount. when we showed the advt on the item, they said they will get back.
It is a small amount for a single item. They must be misleading hundreds of the general public with this false advt and discounts being displayed. please look into the same and the general public should be made aware of these tactics and misleading advt by these so called companies.
