i would like to complaint against lenovo service center in jammu.
They unnecessarily charged money from me for servicing(eventhough my laptop is under warranty period)and didn’t inform me about it at first place……….
i wasted my time and money,purchasing this laptop asi hardly able to use it..i feel really dissatisfied and cheated …..Many times i called the customer support of the company,but the process is not initiated yet……..i went to service station of company and they charged money without informing me at first place about their poilicy…They kept my laptop disagree to give it back to me without clearing bill(but laptop is brand new..and that is company’s service center)
