Sir, I went to vodafone dealer in mhow city for asking purchase of Bonus Card 99 having MRP Rs. 99 and vailidity 30 days frome the date of recharge the bonus card of voda phone. But the dealer told me that no this type of voucher available. I told to him that vodafone comapany has giving everything and published prepaid and bonus card voucher details on Internet today. and I show him the print out but that dealer refuse to give me that voucher for recharging. I am A customer of vodafone since last 1 and half month. I asked this question to customer care of vodaphone but same reply I got today at10:50am dated 17/07/2009. All these shows that the company hurt their customers and make fool for attraction. I request to you please do something to cure customer rights.
