Name of company/service: YOU Broadband & Cable India Limited
I have taken a YOU Broadband & Cable India Limited connection. They called me and suggested for 1 year plan and they said they are providing wi-fi router free. I have renewed for 1 year plan on 26/05/2012 but till now i haven’t received my free router. Every time when I am making a Complaint/Request they are saying we registered your complaint we will inform to your local technician, he will take care.We made several Complaints no action has been initiated, even i informed to Navi Mumbai Nodal Officer who is Mr.Nitin Devadige, when i called he said he will arrange in 2 days, but its already completed 10 days there is no use if we inform to Nodal Officer also. I asked tele consultant and I want to give complaint on that Nodal Officer also but they are saying they cant provide the names and numbers who are in above nodal officer stage. I dont know what to do on this issue. Can you provide me a solution or take an action on this issue.Thak You
