I purchased a handbag from Koovs.com, where they promised me a leather bag but delivered a rexin/foam bag which was torn in many places. They have asked me to ship it to their Bangalore address but on what basis can i send the bag and wait for them to refund my money when they already lied about the bag’s material and quality. I have all the e-mails and the required papers with the order number.Please help me out.
