respectfully sir,
i have to say that a Bigtel IT solution is the vendor of vodafone. They give me the post paid plan on 18-6-2012 and told me that you get the service within 48 hrs and today 22-6-2012 but still am not getting the service.when i contact to their document boy whose number is 9953807962 he tolded me that company contact you or make call in company and the number of the company is 993902911 but they did not pick the phone then after i was drop a mail on company id that if you did not get me as far as possible then i complaint in consumer forum regarding your service but i did not get single mail and their company executive even document boy also fraud me they told me plan rate 150 but did not told me that whole amont is 200.so,am student sir please help me am totaly harrsed because i am calling them again and again but did not get response.so,for this am very greatful to you.
