Sir/Madam,
I bought one duel sim Videocon mobile “V1405” (IMEI: 910001332143756 IMEISV:78 AND IMEI : 910001342143754 IMEISV:78) few days ago, I sighted in the Warranty Card accessories are BATTERY, CHARGER, HEADSET & DATA CABLE but surprisingly found the DATA CABLE was a ordinary “USB CHARGER”, there is no external/internal function of DATA CABLE option.
Please explain me why I am mis guided by your company. I am the bonafied customer of your company.
Please given me reply as an urgent basis.
