I HAVE A PREPAID RELIANCE NETCONNECT NUMBER 7428954281. I HAVE RECIEVED MANY CALLS FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATION CENTRE (Mr. VIKRAM MOBILE NO.9015166476 DWARKA SEC-7 DELHI) TO TAKE A PREPAID PLAN OF RS. 1130/- FOR 3 MONTHS FREE INTERNET. WHEN THEY HAVE TAKEN 1130/- AND MY ID AND ADDRESS PROOF THEN AFTER SOME DAYS THEIR RESPONSE IS THAT YOUR CONNECTION IS POSTPAID AND AFTER 3 MONTHS OF ACTIVATION U WILL GET A CALL FROM MUMBAI CENTRE TO CONVERT IN PREPAID WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL, THEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED.THEY TELL ME THAT U HAVE TO SUBMIT ID AND ADDRESS PROOF AGAIN ON RELIANCE STORE AND NO OTHER CHARGES.WHEN I WAS THERE FOR SUBMITTION OF DOCUMENTS THEY ASKED ME FOR RS. 570/-.THEY SAID IF U DONT PAY THEN YOU CANNOT GET PREPAID CONNECTION AGAIN AND YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE AMOUNT.

TOTALY MISGUIDE FROM VERY BEGINING.
PLEASE HELP ME.
