Misbehavior from Customer Care Supervisor

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

I want to bring your attention on the issue where I am not able to receive my paper bills since last 1 year and called to customer care many times in alternate days.
Sometimes they told to do some sms , I did but in vein.

I am using this no since last 6-7 years and this is corporate no, I am staying at the same place where I used to receive the hard copies but 1 year back hard copies are stopped.
Reason was given first that unable to trace the address(RTO) Again I requested for duplicate bill but the status remains same, sometimes told that someone has received when I asked who has received they told that there is no Updations regarding the same which is breach of compliance as this is confidential and you have given to anyone as per your executive, sometimes told that you have refused to take the bill.
I am surprised to listen all the nonsense talking’s.

Mob No- 8860709373:

This is the second no which I am using and I deposited my ID card and pan card to the person who is sitting in my office GE CAPITAL who gave me the SIM card and told that this no would be converted into postpaid in 2 working days, when it was not happened I asked him then he says that it is already activated I tried to call from that no and was astonished seeing that this was 8860704373 quiet similar to my no 8860709373.
I again visited to the person and says the same thing then he apolised and said to draft a mail stating the same thing( mail attached for your reference ) but in vein as I received the hardcopy of the bills which I have not used for a single call.

Surprisingly these all no’s belong to the same address where your person says on 9811286882 that the bills are undelivered.

Now the most ridicules thing I again called to customer care yesterday at 4:25 pm and Mr. Prabjot attended that call and I advised you to bring IVR rather than the human voices as they are almost tape recorder , without listening customer’s problem they used to say the same thing, He listen and disconnected the call aft 15 mins, again I called and on that time the person again says the same thing then I requested him to transfer the line to supervisor after long hold the line connected to Mr. Sandeep Singh who did the same thing and after long discussion he refused to give me the complaint no – He simply said that this is not any complaint Do whatever you want I will not register your complaint.
