Misappropriation in order

I ordered 2 products on 9th August 2018 one was harpik toilet cleaner pack of 10 and Samsung 32 gb memory card, but I rec’d only one.box in which contains only toilet cleaner and there was invoice of both products i asked to delivery boy he said only one pack is there, i given complaint to Amazon, but after one week it’s executive told me there is not any mistakes from his end so you won’t get refund or replacement
