I would like to lodge a complaint against KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE and one of its senior most employees Mrs.Sarika Saha(AVP). She promised me a number of benifits as an agent(executive advisor) of KLI and made me take a policy of Rs.1.56 lakhs. After the issuance of the policy I kept on following up about the mentioned benifits but she kept telling me that things are in process and it will take some time… one year passed by and I didn’t recieve any of the benifits. I then raised a complain with the company and after a few mails they said that there is nothing that they can do in the matter. I am facing huge financial problems because of the first premium I submitted….. almost all my savings were put into it. I appeal to the consumer forum to take action against the company and its mentioned employee. I hope other people are not duped by a company which holds such status in the insurance industry. These people (KLI) are fraud and should be punished.
